The same thing happened to me (FP4). And I found the same solution...
I use developer options to use Shizuku, so I assumed it had to do with that. The same thing is that it happened again, after some time, but I don't understand what triggered that

Just checked - the animation scale values on my FP4 are set to 2.0.
Does that mean double or half as fast?Just tried it out. It's quite obvious what a smaller value does!
Yeah I made the same mistake. I bumped it to
5xand ho boy did everything slow down.
