1,850 per person is... possibly reasonable? If that includes the cost of shelter & administration, that's not really that absurdly high. I mean, it's still fucking barbaric and absurd, and the human cost is incalcuable. How much better would these peoples lives be if they spent that cash on in-state facilities & humanitarian programs rather than this ratfuckery? I just expected this abject craven piece of shit to be funneling waaaay more $$$ to his cronies than this.
