Americans Are Less Motivated to Work This Year Compared to Last, New Data Shows

Underpaid as it is and got told no raise for at least a year because of the way the company is doing (this affects all staff). They're getting a good deal. When things go well again I'm sure this time period will go under the rug. Good for them the labour market is shit right now. Ask me where my motivation is.

it all feels pointless. after 2020 we know they can just pull the rug on everything....my generation and future ones know that there probably isn't a future because we're still polluting even though if we stopped now we'd all be suffering anyway so....full steam ahead i guess
