Local only finance tracker with backup/restore feature?
Basically title. I need an app to track my income, expenses and other financial activities. Self-hosting is not an option.

Ivy-wallet.... Its working well for me.....https://github.com/Ivy-Apps/ivy-wallet . The only catch I would say is, it doesn't do automatic backups, but you can manually backup your data and save it somewhere. I personally use syncthing along with it.

Using MyExpenses which is perfect to let you track your bank accounts.
It's the only app I found which let you reconcile operations with bank statement.

Yepp. You can download the files for Keizai and run it locally on your PC or in your phone with for an example DroidPHP (not tested if this works).
And tune it down a little, please.

Its old and im not the best person to take money tracking advice from as i always forget, but ive been using Moneywallet for a while and its quite alright
I've been using Moneywallet too. I only use the expenses features really. Then I can see the break down of how much I'm spending on gas, dinning out, etc.
Edit: the app is on Fdroid.
Yes looks interesting and man I miss MD2 a lot.
