Doesn't sound like much rain... Has it ever rained at Burning Man before?

It's a desert "salt" flat. Practically any amount of rain is massive. It turns the surface to unnavigable paste

Whenever it rains this happens. 2014, it happened going in and people were stranded in a 3 day traffic jam. I actually had a really good time.
