anybody else pace endlessly when working from home?

I gave myself plantar fasciitis I did it so much. not that I stopped, of course, I just got some arch supports and kept pacing

I have a circular path through my house that I'll walk aimlessly whenever on the phone. On days without many phone calls, I'll end up having a much much lower step count.

Edit: fixed a word
- I'm the same - as soon as I'm on the phone I want to be on my feet, even though generally I'm happy to be sat.
