Population decline is happening all over east Asia countries. Not sure how to solve that though, even for China it’s a challenge, and for some reason the govt doesn’t make it a priority

Simply don't. If population falls enough wages will rise. Look how good wages got for a minute after covid. The closest most people can ever hope to come to a general strike is to just bust raw less and force the capitalists to make do with less workers. 996 sucks but in most countries they get longer lunch breaks and more vacation than us so I'd be surprised if they actually didn't work less hours than we did despite all that. They might have to re-invent mutual aid networks or something. Who knows

Nah, very little work needs to get done. We like it when consumer goods are produced but that is hardly necessary. If populations declining you don't need to make mouse housing or roads or whatever. Something like 3% of thr population is needed to produce food so there will still be plenty for that. We'll just have to survive with less apps

China's situation is that have created a a robust market sector to break us hegemony and alow them to bring about full comunism. People will debate if it works but they have to commit to thr bit. By contrast if in Korea people got into elder care instead of shoe sales everyone is better off and no one is worse off you know.

I mean, China eliminated their limited-child policies and have those state-organized dating platforms or whatever they are, so I think there's still a matter of seeing how that shakes out.

Well, the dropping of limited child policies and even Financial incentives didn't really help. City folks are overworked and know that it is not financial attractive to raise Children if they don't have grandparents to take care of the domestic aspect of the family (taking the kids to school, homework, food, etc.) there is simply no reason for post-reform couple to raise kids.
You have to give better safety net for people, change the work environment and rethink of the development planning of the country.
