The void priest, most selfish support, Khora's fellow chain enthusiast - Harrow!
Release date: 2017-06-29
Passive: Harrow possesses 200% Overshields capacity, granting him a maximum of 2,400 Overshields, and spawns into missions with 100% Energy filled. Condemn - Cast a wave of energy that chains them where they stand. Each enemy held reinforces Harrow’s shields. Penance - Sacrifice shields to boost reload, and fire rate while converting damage inflicted on enemies into health for Harrow and nearby allies. Thurible - Channel Harrow’s energy into the Thurible to generate a buff. Once finished, kill enemies to bestow nearby allies with bursts of energy. The more energy channeled the greater the reward for each kill. Headshots produce extra energy. Covenant - Protect nearby allies with an energy force that absorbs all damage and converts it to a Critical Chance bonus for all those under the Covenant. Headshots are amplified even further.
Acquisition: Main blueprint is awarded upon completion of the Chains of Harrow quest. The Chassis blueprint is acquired from defeating Void Fissure enemies, the Neuroptics blueprint can be found from Rotation A Spy vaults on Pago, Kuva Fortress, and the Systems blueprint is rewarded from Defection missions on Rotations B and C. Both Neuroptics and Systems can also be obtained from Rotation C Kuva Survival on Taveuni, Kuva Fortress.
Harrow always had this weird issue of being a support frame that requires you to be the one actually killing enemies to support your allies. This leads to two possible outcomes: they don't need your support because you are already doing the mission for them or they get your support, upon which they proceed to annihilate all the enemies leaving none for you and thus not letting you actually do your thing anymore. In order to really be able to actually use his entire kit you need to play solo, making him the one support frame that's best at supporting himself. He does have that one augment for Condemn to somewhat help with this issue, but 1 - he really shouldn't need an augment to be able to properly support his allies and 2 - this still has the issue of your allies killing things so fast you don't get a chance to Condemn them at all.

That happens for sooooo many frames At least the second improves when you add casting speed but again we shoudn't be modding to "function"
