You wake up at 8 in the morning, you go the local farm and work the fields for an hour and a half. 9:30 you go to your local factory or manufacture and work the machines as an engineer/mechanic, you do this for an hour and a half or 2 hours then go to lunch. 12:00-12:30 you shower and then work doing some political and administrative work for about 2 hours. 2-2:30 you head home and work on your personal art project. What a “horrible” existence eh?
Why does a communist society imply working both on the fields, as engineer and as administration for a few hours each day? (Not like I'd be too opposed to that, I just don't see why it would be like that under communism.
I mean we live under capitalism right now and so our imaginations are understandably limited by what exists in society today. How would you see it then? I think the OP kinda sees humans being encouraged to take up a more generalist lifestyle instead of today's specialist lifestyle where people have careers and professions.
