What- no? Christmas Carol is about like, 3 ghosts showing up in some rich old guy's dreqms to tell him how shit his past was, how shit he has become now, and how shit his future is gonna be if he doesn't stop being a POS on the titular holiday.
Nah that's capitalist apologia whose message breaks down to there are good and bad bourgeoisie and the problem with greedy bougies is they're bad individuals who need to be more charitable rather than high priests to an abominable system that needs to be overthrown as it inevitably reproduces inequality and exploitation of the working classes as well as callous greed among the bourgeoisie and petite bourgeoisie. It's a call to philanthropy to the capitalist class that has the same kind of vibes you get with religious invocations of punishment in the hereafter for the wealthy who are too greedy and not charitable enough which as we all know definitely historically resulted in the bourgeoisie behaving better and definitely didn't end up just being feel-good emotional propaganda for the proles that they can take comfort in the punishment of their bourgeois overlords and tormentors as there will be justice in the here-after.
