It's a pushup bar that lets you play fighting games with your nose.
Are you supposed to play against someone? Or is it against the computer or whatever?
That always seemed cruel to me. My mother gave us one of those but I haven't had the heart to try it out. Just give the dog a treat, don't taunt it!
