Is it a joke about immigration critics? That they fucked around and now they're finding out?

  It's not 4 years but the 4 seasons.
  And it's not about Travellers, but about Climate Protection Policies.
  Other than that... yeah, it's a critique on people voting against their own interests and getting to enjoy the consequences of that.
  Panel 4 here is about (low skill/wage) jobs not being staffed.
