That's a horrible headline. Makes it sound like they're doing a tech demo in Ukraine for the sole reason of flogging it to the US.
- Can kill insane amounts of testing when trying new shit out straight on the battlefield and the tech has major benefits if it works. Win win for everyone in this case.
