didn't people jump on Colin Powell for saying the same thing? "unknown unknowns"? sometimes i get frustrated.
Rumsfeld matrix. I use it for risk assessment in software projects, I believe it very useful 🤷♂️
I think it was Rumsfeld. I didn't like the guy, but attacking that quote was dumb.
Yeah, that was dumb criticism at the time and still is. It sounds/looks silly but known known, known unknown, and unknown unknown are all clear and useful concepts
