Luigi Mangione, who is charged with first-degree murder in the ambush killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, made the comments on a website set up by his defense.

I guess he is only a hero suspect, according to the headline.
Unfortunately Americans chose to vote for the CEO and his friends at the presidential election. Everyone who did, have no right to complain about not receiving healthcare or welfare, or complain about rising prices or loss of rights to the Nazi government they chose themselves.
If you are part of causing the problem you are not allowed to complain about it.
