What about weakness exercise?
That one is a bit of an HR emotional abuse so idk, do it at your own peril. Also it won't help your muscles or bones
Every time someone complains about things starting to hurt at age ____ is some unfit and or overweight dude. Strange.
Buddy, you try humping 175 pounds of gear in a combat zone on the daily and come tell us that again with a straight face. I knew 19 year old kids with back and knee pain.
Why would i try that? That sounds stupid.
That's just most people though, isn't it?
It's a bit messed up that we humans have to exercise just to stay well-functioning, and I don't blame people who don't do that at all.
