Ffs they did this same thing with caviar farming didn't they? I swear I remember articles complaining about how farming caviar is bad because it makes it more accessible to the wider public instead of being a special rich person food
- Which is funny because caviar, like lobster, began as a shitty food for us poors until the rich gentrified it
