For those that do not know
And for those, like me, who were still confused:
Dry means it's bitter, as opposed to sweet.

Not necessarily bitter. Just not sweet.

The quick google I did seemed to imply bitter, but maybe it just meant in reference to otherwise sweet alcohols.
