Not on internet but real life. My mother took a pair of scissors, cut from her vagina to her navel then started going sideways releasing bowel in the process.

Yeah. 40 years later I can still see it. And weirdly enough, smell it.
She did other similar things before finishing herself off years later.
But…why did she do it?
Mental illness is a bitch. Huge amounts of codeine were available over the counter back then and in sure that helped.
