Yeah, it's probably way down the list of shit they have to worry about right now. There's bombing, snipers, starvation, lack of potable water and polio that will kill you way before the asbestos gets you.

Why the half measures? The should just nuke them outright so that all that asbestos becomes safe by turning into glass.
I think they cannot due to close approximately with their own cities. Otherwise they would have done it way back.
