Is there a Comic book reader app?

Is there a reader app that is accessible on Android for comic books? Is there some sort of free repository of every comic book? (I assume not.)

- Tachiyomi is excellent for comics even though it might seem like (and originally is?) a manga reader.
  
  I use it with the Komga plugin to read comics from my self-hosted Komga server.
- Seconded, has extensions for just about any online source and is very actively updated. I've been a happy user for years!
