I can practically hear the panic of every AP US Government teacher dreading the "Separation of Powers" section and the inevitability of one kid asking a question about this court case.
I mean they already have to teach Marbury v Madison
That decision has 200+ years of scholarship to fall back upon. Teachers will need to intellectually raw dog the answers for the next few semesters until scholarship catches up or America abolishes itself in a fit of petulance.
