3 0 ReplyJury nullification is something that more people need to use. If you don't agree with the law, as a juror you can always vote not guilty.
Though if you talk about jury nullification they will not select you for jury duty.

Once you are on the jury it is your prerogative nay, your RESPONSIBILITY to use it when it is appropriate.
A law criminalizing feeding the homeless is a perfect example of why jury nullification exists.
