I’m surprised Russians still need visas.
Not surprised about France, though. Their relationship with China got a whole lot stronger after the US’s intentional sabotage of Nord Stream and the euro.
Probably a higher risk of them overstaying visa to work illegally etc.
Spain’s and Hungary’s economies are struggling too, though.
