People focus on merch and branding WELL before they have any business model all of the time. Itās totally possible they paid for a $50 custom sticker, and locked down a domain name for 10 years, and hadnāt even applied for a business license.
Edit: watched the video, the rear windows are a different shape I donāt think these are the same cars.

True, definitely a different vehicle, but also the only occurrence of that name anywhere on the internet so could just be a coincidence or could be a weird choice of someone who likes that name
