An army should go around civilians to get to their enemy, not through them.
- yes but then that won't achieve Israeli goals
  
  I was speaking about any army from any country.
  
  And they were speaking about how Israel would prefer to kill as many Palestinians as possible, and that Hamas is just their excuse for doing so.
