It's slightly colder right now in the SF Bay Area where it doesn't snow
It's always disconcerting when I go somewhere it's supposed to snow in the winter and it's warmer.
It normally snows here...I hope for yor sake that those are farenheit.

It's the US, I recognize the city, so midwest, I'm not too far away from there and we've had about the same temp and rain all day long.
