Because I'm curious, what case was that? I'd really like to read it over and see how the concepts could apply to the Section Three ruling that came out of Colorado and will most certainly be appealed to SCOTUS.
Not OP, but they are probably referring to this one where the court rejected the nonsense independent state legislature theory. Not sure that the Missouri ruling would have any bearing in Wisconsin though since the Wisconsin GOP hasn't actually filed an appeal yet so we don't know what their grounds for an appeal might be.
