33 1 ReplyThey'd lose the lawsuit because age discrimination only applies to those 40 and older in the US. There's no protections for having a specific birthdate either.

This is why I assume this must be fake. Because even a trainee HR employee would look at that email, and not send it out.

"Immutable attribute" isn't a protected class.
Being 40+ years old is the only protected class regarding age discrimination in the US.
