I know exactly one good person with an econ degree, and he does fraud watch for his state's tax office.

Not really, unless it's still copping when the state makes sure grant money isn't just slurped up by a non profit that doesn't do anything.
I didn’t realize they even checked given the amount of fraud there. My bad, I assumed it was like the IRS and only went after poor people.
