Yet another reason to defederate meta. True or not, it would put Lemmy, Kbin and ActivityPub in the line of fire.
- How exactly would it put them in the line of fire? And how does defederating have anything to do with potentially being sued by Twitter?

  Also, do people know that Threads isn't currently federated? They say they're going to add that as a feature in the future, but they aren't now and I'm skeptical that they ever will.
