Agree. Unfortunately we don't have any good pizza places in my town. One of these days, I will try to make real Neapolitan style pizza myself.

The problem with this plan is the secret ingredient: the oven. It is impossible to make a good pizza without a pizza oven.

I know. I have a gas oven that gets pretty hot though. Main thing for me would be to try to make the dough exactly how I want it.
