You're right they aren't (yet), they're only cheering on a racist bigoted fascist who is actively trying to put in place a government sanctioned apparatus that will handle those kinds of things

People call MAGA fascist because fascism usually involves:
- extreme nationalism, which is obvious with trump
- totalitarianism, which is also obvious. Trump is not seeking to work within a system of checks and balances — he’s seeking total power; he is the law, he cannot break the law, etc
- anti-democratic stances, which is also obvious given hints at “king”, third term, etc
- suppression of opposition, given how everyone who doesn’t agree is getting fired and how he’s signing executive order after executive order in an attempt to cement MAGA ideals and enact project 2025
- overt flaunting of power or military strength as a negotiation tactic; again obvious with tariff threats etc

At this point, if you can't see Drump as a fascist, then you fall into one of these categories:
- You're a conservative in denial
- You support him being a fascist, in which case just drop the mask already
- You're just a lil troll, in which case, goodbye
