Das ist übrigens gar nicht mal so legal.
- Kommt sicher auf den Kontext an, in einer Wohnung könnte man damit möglicherweise die Heizkostenabrechnung beeinflussen.
- Wieso sollte das nicht legal sein?
  
  Abrechnungsbetrug.
  Man manipuliert damit die Kalorienmeter, denn die messen das Integral der Wärmedifferenz zwischen Heizkörper und Raum. Beschleunigt man die Konvektion, wird diese Differenz schneller kleiner trotz gleicher genutzter Wärme. Ergo zahlt man weniger pro Energieeinheit.
