Apparently this doesn't refer to the New Orleans truck attack, since the FBI is investigating that one as an act of terrorism. Must be a different one.
They are now treating it as an act of terror but the original statement was that it was not an act of terrorism. This changed after the screenshot was taken.

Did the FBI say initially say it was not terrorism? Yes. Regardless of whether or not they changed their mind later, their initial reaction is and will always be fact. That was the point of the post.
Taking shit down when you find out it's wrong is a thing.

It isn't wrong. They said it wasn't terrorism at first. That is and will remain a fact and it is the point of the post.
And when did they say Luigi’s actions were terrorism?
As soon as the FBI got involved, they classified the attack as terroristic. If nothing else, it's worth expressing that the Louisiana mayor is the one claiming it is not a terrorist attack, not the federal government as is implied.
