Mine is that the Disney+ shows should not have any impact on the movies, that they should just be on their own.

Mjolnir being something that can only be wielded by "worthy" people wasn't one of Odin's best decisions from a practical standpoint.

If Mjolnir can be lifted by the unworthy through their own power - such as Magneto due to his magnetism - it would render the worthiness aspect moot. But if it can't be, it would defy physics.

A lot of it is also directly addressed and explored, or lampshaded at worse, in multiple movies. 9 is nonsense and 10 is ridiculously reaching.
