Any road block they can put in place is a good thing, this guy has no business using the military on his own citizens but that won't stop him from trying
Any roadblock Biden could possibly put in place, Trump will easily remove using the same power, plus he’s got SCOTUS in his pocket.
The only things Biden can do that would actually be effective would put our national security at risk. The military needs to be agile and responsive to any crisis. Making them ineffective against manufactured threats is making them ineffective against real ones.

Doing so would make people angry. And if Trump only wants one thing, it's to be popular.
He doesn't care about the people he upsets. At all. They're the enemy to him, so them being angry is the goal.
