he deserves the team around him that he wants. It’s not up to us to determine that.
It absolutely is up to the senate to determine that. The constitution says so.
- I was about to say, didn't we write in a confirmation vote by the Senate as, effectively, a sanity check? To prevent the President from stuffing his Cabinet with toadies and yes-men?
