Slow cooking in tomato, sweet chilli, onion, stock cubes, thyme, garlic, Muscovado sugar, cinnamon, and of course Guinness.

Cooking in an oven or smoker?
4 0 ReplyI no longer have a smoker unfortunately, so I chucked it in a slow cooker.
The end game is making BÑnh Mì with the leftovers tomorrow.
