don't look around lemmy (or the rest of the fediverse), if somehow jews had escaped or survived auschitz, bergen-belsen, or so many other of the work/death camps like so many Israelis did, most of the people here would call them dirty murderous zionist colonizers who should go back to germany and poland, and not think twice about it

  That works. As you know, it can be a touchy subject, and wording can make all the difference. I don't want to remove content, as that feels like picking sides, but I have to keep things civil.
  
  It was also illegal to point out the evil and danger in the Nazi party in 1933, jews were jailed and murdered for doing just that. think about that before you silence anyone.
