It might just be because I am so out of the loop of social media posts but that amount of posts seems easily attainable daily maybe 2 hours of time out of an 8 hour workday? Wondering if it's just me? I agree that it isnt the "fun" job even if it might seem to be.
On face value, it seems simple. But making consistantly creative and engaging posts is difficult. A single Tiktok can take a lot of time to coordinate and shoot, especially if she needs a face that the audience knows. And LTT's scheduling seeningly was a nightmare.
Creativity is a well that can dry up if you don't shut off the tap everyone now and again.
It seems like this mentality is what caused that job to be so awful. Making a single social media post is easy, managing a social media account isn't. Anyone can point a camera at something for 30 seconds and post it to TikTok. When it's a full time job, you have to consistently come up with, write, film, edit, and post entertaining content that will keep people interested. Madison's job was pretty much what the entire LTT team does for their YouTube videos, except she was just one person.
