Should be a server setting, just like how some servers can choose to show combined votes or separate up/down votes.
It is like that currently, but what you may overlook is if you downvote my .world account from your .cafe account, the info is being sent and recorded to all servers. So if .cafe shows the already public info, and .world doesn't, it can cause users to have a false sense of security.
