this is why I paid extra for a better cooling system on my rig.
Afaik it wasn't a temperature problem, it was voltage related. Obviously cooler temps help, but you would probably still be vulnerable to this.
I looked into this issue, just under-clock your CPU until some firmware updates come out.
You can never go overboard with cooling system
