Hello,
Does anyone have experience terminating an annual ticket early in Vienna?
I know I'll have to pay a 22 euro fee.
But it's not clear if I have to go in person.
This cancellation page kind of makes it seem like I do but I'm not sure.
Has anyone gone through this?
